The agritourism, at the foot of the Montagnola and on the shores of the disappeared lake of Pian del Lago, has a strategic location: it is on the Via Francigena, one of Europe’s most important pilgrimage routes that crosses Tuscany and leads to Rome. It lies along the thirty-third stage, which goes from Monteriggioni to Siena.
Our accommodation, a recently restored 17th-century farmhouse, is part of theorganic farm Urpflanze.
The farm offers hospitality suitable for lovers of nature, hiking and outdoor activities. It is perfect to easily visit Siena and the famous Piazza del Campo, Monteriggioni and its medieval fortifications, but also just to spend a few days among the natural beauty of the Tuscan countryside.
